I bought our first house with high ceiling and open space concept and I knew it had potential, but beyond that, I was not at all sure where to take it. Eileen provided us with an exceptional design. I am simply amazed at her outstanding talent, knowledge, and experience. I cannot remark enough on Eileen’s careful attention to my needs and fundamental taste, all within a budget frame. I am so impressed as well with her ability to balance aesthetics and practicality; the materials and pieces she chose for the interior of my home are simply beautiful and smart and easy to take care of. This was a scary project, but Eileen took the stress out of the whole thing as well, thanks to her friendliness, professionalism, and remarkable work ethic. Thank you.

Eileen is offering a fantastic service here that's worth a look for anyone curious about taking the aesthetics of their space to the next level. I purchased the Silver E-Design package, which she'd recommended to me after a friendly initial phone conversation. To proceed, I simply emailed her photos of my living room, some room & furniture dimensions, and a few bullet points about the ways I use the room and the things that I was looking for in the renovation. Within a couple of days, Eileen responded with several 3D rendered images of a full room-redesign, along with a shopping list with links to all the items she recommended. All I had to do was follow her advice, purchase the suggested items, and set up the room in accordance with her design. I'm incredibly happy with how my apartment has turned out. The photos don't do it justice -- I had guests over the weekend and nearly everyone commented on how nice it looked. One note for potential customers: the items in the shopping list weren't exactly identical to the ones in the 3D render, so be sure to look and make sure you're happy with them if there are differences. This wasn't an issue for me because I trusted Eileen's judgment and she didn't disappoint. If you're considering upgrading your space and want the easiest possible experience and professional results -- look no further than Eileen and EM Interiors.

we hired Eileen to design our main living and dining space. However, we end up doing the whole house. She was very responsive to any question we had and very quick to provide us with an alternative if we didn't like anything. I highly recommend her and check her portfolio if you like her work that means you will like the design she will create for your space.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THE PROCESS OF E-DESIGN: This service is done exclusively online and communication via email. The client is sent a list of questions to help us understand the scope of the project and their goals. Everything from color, style, room dimensions, lighting flooring, etc. is discussed. Pictures of the space are requested and any inspirational photos you may have. Turnaround time on average is two weeks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to hear your ideas and will also spend time getting to know you and understand your style. We will create customized space plans for individual rooms or your entire home. This service includes a detailed set of space plans with furniture, rugs, drapes, paint and accessories. It also includes numerous fabric/furniture selections along with an itemized estimated budget detailing your purchase options.
