Christina brings tonnes of energy when she is working with you. She worked very hard with us, was always on time, stayed longer than any of us expected in each of her visits and did her best to understand our vision and make recommendations on the basis of that. She is very professional. She provided multiple layouts for one of our rooms after the fact, furniture recommendations, paint colors, back up colors and design. She was very quick to pick the colors for each of our rooms and painstakingly put everything in a spreadsheet, ordered larger samples (repeat in one case as the first sample never arrived). We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and recommend her for any of your paint or interior design jobs!

I was reluctant to seek an interior designer because of the added cost, but I am so happy with the results from my consultations with Christina. I understood what items I liked, but she brought together the cohesiveness in the style I like (she understands many styles and was also able to help me with my eclectic style) and helped me avoid multiple spacing issues I would've had. For example, I only realized after discussing with her that I would've gotten a 10x13 rug for a space that only needed a 8x10 rug. She considered the sofa measurements and drew up my room measurements to calculate the rug size and saved me over a thousand dollars! She also steered me away from getting a too deep sofa that would've overpowered the room and a too small dining table that wouldn't have been comfortable. Admittedly I am somewhat stubborn and a little resistant to some of her suggestions that don't fit into what I'm used to (like having solar or cellular shades where I'm used to seeing curtains) but after having some time to think, I always end up understanding her reasons and go with her suggestions. She's professional, experienced, and understands different priorities and styles. I would highly recommend her.

Christina is great to work with. She is down to earth, has great ideas, works with what you have and helps rearrange furniture and artwork for a better looking layout. She picked out great colors. Also, she is not pretentious and is more than willing to suggest budget conscious options such as JC Penney for pillows and blinds. I highly recommend Curated Interiors for color consultation and interior design.

After moving into a house that is a different/new style for me, I could not decide on what to do with a few of the rooms and decided to seek the help of an interior designer. After hours of researching, I called Christina and I am soooo thrilled with my decision. Christina suggested a GC for some of the work which was a great idea. She took my style and taste and translated it into a wonderful new office space, downstairs living area, and designed a new bathroom. It's my first time working with an interior designer and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Christina was extremely helpful in helping me think through the decisions that I was trying to make regarding my paint choices, my furniture choices, and also remodeling my house. I really appreciated how she explained her ideas and how it aligns with my wants vs needs. She was punctual, patient, clear, and had some amazing ideas for my house. Pricing is based on tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have 1-2 hours of consultation to understand what the project goal is. We then work together to make the most efficient way of getting to that goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from University of California, Davis - with Interior Architecture and Design emphasis, and have been doing this since I graduated 1994.
