- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-First Contact: During the first contact, I discuss the specific needs of the property. I ask about the size of the property, the desired frequency of the service, if there are any areas that need special attention, and what they expect from the cleaning. 2-Quote and Explanation of Services: Based on the initial information, I provide a personalized quote and explain what is included. I also inform them of possible additional fees and discounts, if applicable. 3=Scheduling the First Visit: If the client approves the quote, we schedule a date for the first cleaning. During this initial visit, I can better assess the condition of the property and adjust the cleaning plan if necessary. 4=First Cleaning: During the first cleaning, I focus on the priority areas mentioned by the client and follow the agreed plan. This initial service is usually more in-depth to establish a good foundation for future cleanings. 5-Customer Feedback: After the first cleaning, I ask for feedback from the customer to ensure they are satisfied and to adjust any details if necessary. 6-Scheduling Regular Cleanings: If the customer wishes to continue with the services, we establish a cleaning routine according to the agreed frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.). 7-Ongoing Communication: I maintain open communication with the customer so that they always feel that their needs are being met.
