FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed around comprehensive programs for both short- and long-term goals, as this approach has proven most effective in supporting clients’ holistic health and wellness. While I primarily focus on structured programs aimed at long-term success, I do offer single sessions in Neurocoaching, yoga, or training for those who would like to try out my services first. However, my approach is goal-oriented, and I encourage clients to consider a full program to develop sustainable habits and achieve meaningful lifestyle changes that last well beyond our time together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial Neurocoaching session, which serves as a comprehensive assessment to understand their specific goals, lifestyle, and wellness challenges. During this session, we establish the structure of their personalized program, deciding which sessions will be one-on-one and which will be scheduled through the Trainerize app. I work with a minimum commitment of three months to allow enough time for measurable progress and to reach the proposed goals. The Trainerize app routines are usually set up with one to two strength training sessions per week, with cardio scheduled as needed. This balanced approach helps clients make sustainable changes and work toward their wellness objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 23 years of experience in physical and emotional wellness, supported by key certifications and extensive continuing education. My primary certifications include NSCA-CPT in Personal Training since 2001, RYT 200 hours with IYTA in Yoga from 2013, and NLP Practitioner certification from Neurocoaching Academy in Life Coaching, obtained in 2019. Apart from these, I’ve earned additional certifications in Spinning, Zumba, willPower and Grace, trauma-informed yoga, and yoga for children. I also engage in hundreds of hours of continuing education to stay updated on the latest fitness and wellness practices, allowing me to deliver a holistic, well-rounded approach to my clients' physical and emotional well-being.
