He and his team were knowledgeable and worked efficiently to 1)remove, level and replace all the same stones in broken and upheaved flagstone patio. 2)deeply till the entire backyard, to level it of bumps, angle it for drainage, dig a short drainage ditch, bring and spread top soil, grass seed, fertilizer and seed straw for a new lawn. 3)They also made cut outs in a clay bank for paving stone steps. Not originally in the work order, they generously cemented a couple of loose stones and propped up a bush that had dropped over. They were all cheerful and a pleasure to work with. My lack of Spanish wasn’t a problem. When I wanted to be sure of communication, I used cell phone translation only twice.

Mr. Gonzalez was very be prompt. He listened carefully to what I wanted to have done. He pointed other things about the fence that I hadn't noticed and offered suggestions on how to fix it. He gave me a very reasonable price. He arrived on time and finished the fence and gate in one day. He also leveled the area in front of the gate by adding crushed stone so water wouldn't pool there. He did it at no additional charge. Everything looks great. I am so pleased with the way everything turned out. All the scraps were hauled away. He and his wife and helpers were all very pleasant to deal with.

I requested a free on-site estimate from Feliciano and he stopped by to look at my yard and gave me ideas on the design and size of the retaining wall, and many more ideas and options. After having met with numerous contractors, I could tell Feleciano had extensive experience and his price was very competitive. Feliciano is professional, honest and prompt. He took the time to answer every question I had and also gave me suggestions and options. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the way things were progressing and the final project.
