Superior, trustworthy service right when you need it! The BirdWatch team is professional, knowledgeable and just all around nice to work with. They also cut through the typical service nonsense, and charge fair prices for excellent work. During a recent home repair, they even went the extra mile to chase down a warranty replacement part so that they could get it for free and save me the $$ of reordering it. I am always impressed when they leave, and have referred them to friends many times.

Have been using Birdwatch for all my home repairs, maintenance & custom upgrades for last 18 months and I highly recommend the service. Their mobile app enables me to snap a pic of an issue, then schedule service in usually minutes - it really is a 1 click solution. Prior I hated having to call multiple contractors, plumbers, hvac folks etc and half wouldn't return my call or wouldn't show up etc. Birdwatch has completed at least 10-15 projects ranging from replacing my water heater, installing new oven, sourcing rare office door item, sealing roof to troubleshooting HVAC issues. The level of service quality has been FAR superior to prior handymen, contractors etc. Plus, have gotten to know the team and lately have brainstormed on new upgrade projects. Birdwatch is just a better, more efficient model for home repairs / upkeep for busy professionals.

Great experience working with Birdwatch! I met them at the Fitler Club business expo and it was the perfect fit for what I needed. I have my own home and I don't have a lot of time to do the maintenance and upkeep. Instead of calling a specific type of trades person for each type of work, I essentially have a general contractor for my home. They've come out to work on just about every different type of project there is and always do the job well. Will certainly be using them for the foreseeable future
