Subsequent hours of service are $80 per hour. The cost of the work depends not only on the value of my hourly time, but also on the complexity of the work and the materials used. I reached out to Alex to have a ceiling fan replaced in my son’s room. He responded quickly and was able to do it the same day. He came on time and inspected the issue to show me the problem before replacing the fan. He was efficient and had all the necessary tools and equipment.
