For what I had done honestly not terrible. The value was really in the framing. They did try to clean up job site each day which was nice. The quality of their work was average. Their painting skill is absolutely terrible. They didn’t bother to sand the walls at all before they painted them and skipped obvious holes from nails and such. They got paint all over things that should have never gotten paint on them and missed obvious spots around windows. Painted trim. Painted closet shelving. Sloppy at best. I’d have them do simple things again but these are not the people you want doing any kind of finishing work on anything that a human is going to be living in or seeing. Their electrical work was shoddy and I had to pay a different electrician to fix an outlet they wired wrong and were brazen enough to try to tell me it was supposed to be that way. Unfortunately I know how things are supposed to be wired. Anyway, I did get decent value overall despite these issues. I’ll have to of course pay another contractor to come in and fix their sloppy finishing work.

Cheap guy never pay for this work, that is why he put it but it was before last coat of paint. It is the things cheap peaple do when they dont want to pay, dont work with this kind people to cheap.

These guys are awesome and reliable. I just referred them to a friend who is also a contractor for help with a large excavation job. They are also punctual and came right away when I needed help with a job that was abandoned by another contractor and half done🫶🏼

Communication poor and poor reliability. Company Committed to a time to meet, Changed time right before the scheduled time. When I told him that I was not available after a certain time, he then just chose not to show up. Didn’t call to check on availability or confirm that he wouldn’t show. Was a significant impact on my schedule, and if cannot trust a company to show up for an estimate, certainly cannot trust to perform job.
