Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the DAP Home Services. I reached out to get my bathroom tub caulked and was told this was an easy job. I've done this myself before however I am 5 months pregnant with twins and didn't want to be exposed to strong scents or chemicals.
It took the handyman 35 mins to complete (I was charged for 1.25 hours of his time), and after he was done, he told me to wipe the excess caulking off after 12 hours. I've done this before and that has never been the case, so I asked to confirm this process a couple hours later and didn't hear back. I also shouldn't have had to do anything as I paid for the project to be completed, not 1/2 finished and sloppy.
I texted 12 hours after drying explaining that all the excess caulking is not coming off. No reply. I called multiple times, there was one time he answered the phone and said he was busy but would follow up with times. Never got a reply.
My tub looks like a mess, and I cannot be more disappointed in the workmanship. This was unprofessional to say the least. I attached pictures for reference.

I had a wonderful experience with DAP. I hired DAP service for numerous services, that I can say I was 100% satisfied with my results and especially with it being at a low cost rate. The man who came out was very polite and professional. He have very good customers service and good communication that I had to tip him and that I would recommend DAP services to others.

DAP Home Services was efficient and the service was top notch. He arrived punctual, and finished in a timely fashion. My tv is mounted perfectly on the stand and he even added lights for decor effect. Right on time to host for the holidays! 10/10, highly recommend!😊
