- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cancellations: I require at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, you will be charged for the session regardless of the reason for the late cancellation. Discounts I give a discount to my existing clients for any referrals that lead to new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial 15 minute phone consultation where the client can discuss their wants and needs. I will then suggest different service options that I offer and explain the process for each service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a result, I decided to obtain my Certification in Coaching, specializing in Dating and Relationships. I realized that most of my clients had one big issue in common. Can you guess what that is?
