I was skeptical when Victor was the only person providing me a quote to eradicate my rodent (mice) concern. All other quotes were focused on mitigation strategies. Well, two months later, I can say (type) with 100% confidence that Victor followed through with being the "party pooper" and ending the parties that mickey and his friends were having in my utility closet and kitchen. Victor came to my home on Saturday, 9/14/24 and assessed the rodent issue. He came back on Tuesday, 9/17 and covered the entry points in my garage, furnace room, behind my stove and dishwasher. He left no mess and is very courteous, thorough, explained l what needed to be done and even showed me before and after videos. I pray this takes care of the rodent issue and the 6 month warrantee is reassuring.

Prívate Pest Detectives were quick to respond when I was having a rodent issue. They came out within 2 days of me inquiring and were able to identify multiple entry points were the mouse was entering my home. They provided me a quote and after accepting, they were back to complete the work in 3 days. They spent a few hours in my home making sure they closed off any entry points and gave me advice on how to move forward. They left the areas where they worked clean. It’s been a week since they were here and I haven’t seen a mouse since!

In depth conversation about the problem and potential fixes. Upon entering my home, Victor quickly got to work looking for mouse droppings, potential entry points and other signs of rodents. After a walk through and discussion, we discussed different ways to bait for the mice and cover entry points. Last night was the first time in a week that we didn't hear or see evidence of mice.
