Payment is required before initial visit and they collect it along with all your info over the phone which was a painful process. Giving credit cards over the phone in 2020 is not a good look. They set up a rodent trap for me and told me they'd contact me back in a week to schedule trap removal and seal rodent entrances they suspected. I didn't hear back from them so contacted them back 3 weeks later. On return they didn't find anything and no longer deemed it necessary to seal entrances, which made no sense. Employee just told me to contact the owner about it. Cost me $475.

Hi Andre, We require a deposit on any initial service. This to insure that customers will obtain services. We always state to customers to call the office to replace mice traps need to be replaced. The reason for this it allows us to know if something is caught. We are not in your homes everyday and you would know better than us. If you have any questions call us. Thanks

They did a great job! They found out my neighbor’s home was the sole cause of my issues so they got my neighbor involved then fixed and sealed bird holes on both properties that were a place of nesting! They were punctual, prompt, and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.
