- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are always discounts, prices vary depending on the activity, for example: an electrical fault can take a long time to appear, maybe we have to break the agreement and make modifications or it is simply a quick and easy job... each case is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am not used to making estimates through calls, we prefer to be on site and see the work directly, this is more convenient mainly for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a university senior technician in electricity and previously obtained a license as a medium electrician technician. I have been working in the electrical area for 12 years. It's my career, my passion, it's what I like to do. I have courses in different areas of electricity, such as automation and control, safety, occupational hygiene, international and national electrical codes and standards.
