- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not a mobile version of the local discount pet store. Our service includes experienced professional service, high-quality products, personalized attention, and gentle, loving care. Mobile grooming is not for everyone; only you can decide if the care, quality and attention are worth the price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask alot of questions about the clients aesthetic goals while taking the age & health of the dog in consideration to have a realistic and manageable look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a groomer we constantly have new things to learn. I attend seminars and have been trained on canine CPR.
