Our listed prices represent our base cleaning rates. The final quote is determined after discussing the type of cleaning required and the square footage of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As part of our onboarding process with new clients, we take the time to discuss the property and your expectations in detail. This ensures that our team is fully aware of the tasks to be completed. After understanding your requirements, we will provide an estimate for the cleaning. The estimate must be accepted to secure your preferred date and time. Once confirmed, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email or SMS—whichever method you prefer—both on the day of booking and 24 hours before your appointment. Before our cleaning team leaves your property, we’ll offer a walkthrough to ensure that no areas have been overlooked. Additionally, our management team will follow up within 2-3 hours of the team’s departure to confirm your satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a passion for creating spaces that feel clean, free, and organized—a love instilled in me by my mother. Until I was 12 years old, she worked as a professional residential housekeeper, and her dedication left a lasting impression on me. I founded Purely Clean Cleaning LLC after my son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. To be more present for him and my family, I needed a career that allowed flexibility and aligned with my passion. I realized I could combine my love for cleaning with the skills I developed over the last ten years as a customer service representative to create a business I truly believed in. In December of 2021, I welcomed my first client, and I haven’t looked back since!
