- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our listed prices reflect our base cleaning rates. Upon discussing the needs of the client and the square footage of the property, we provide a final quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As part of our working relationship with new clients, we like to discuss the property and expectations in detail so that the team is aware of the tasks that need to be accomplished. After understanding the requirements of the job we will send you an estimate for the cleaning which must be accepted to secure your preferred date and time. Once the estimate is confirmed client will receive confirmation of your appointment via email and SMS, whichever method is most convenient for you on the day of booking and 24 hours before your appointment. Before the cleaning team departs from the property, clients are offered a walkthrough to ensure that no areas have been overlooked. Our management team will follow up within 2-3 hours of the team departing to ensure client satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for making a space look and feel clean, free and organized. It is my mother who is responsible for that desire. Until I was 12 years old, she worked as a professional residential housekeeper. I created Purely Clean Cleaning LLC after my son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. To be more available and present for him and my family, I had to consider what I truly loved to do, which would allow me to be able to create my own schedule while still providing the quality of customer service that I have developed over the last ten years as a customer service representative. My first client was taken in December of 2021, and since then I have not looked back!
