Welcome to Blaze Culinary LLC! Operated by passion, driven by creativity and curiosity. We are not your average Chefs who show up and cook. We we are full of life and add a little spice to your event experience! We are a team of highly trained professional Chefs who specialize in crafting some of the most luxurious and delicious flavor notes your palette could ask for! We do have a professional Bar Tender who knows her Craft! You eat with your eyes first! We build our menus and craft every single meal from scratch. We do have great dessert vendors for large desserts such as cakes and large quantity orders. We also have vendors for rentals and set up. We specialize in private dinners, wedding and events, as well as corporate gatherings. See our reviews! We are certified International Food Managers by the NRFSP. We are insured through Progressive/ Liberty Mutual. **WE TRAVEL** Traveling out of state includes travel fees such as airfare, or by vehicle commute we will calculate the miles needed by distance and market prices. A 50% deposit of the full cost is needed along with scheduling at a minimum of 1-2 months in advance. We will also scan the state requirements if there are any to proceed in good faith. We do the work for you! We don’t ask you to clean ANYTHING! We clean. We create a seamless for you not worry and enjoy your event as you should!

Chef Blaze & Chef John created a wonderful and intimate experience for us in our home to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary! Pros: Chef Blaze called for a consultation to go over food options and ultimately crafted a beautiful menu that included (2) starters, (2) main entrees, (2) veggies, (1) starch, (1) dessert, (2) alcoholic drinks, & (2) complimentary purees for our little one! I felt the price for everything was very fair and covered everything from beginning to end including the food, preparation, cooking, presentation, and cleanup. My husband and I appreciated the free-flowing conversation, learning about the chef's background and how food & cooking became their passion. The presentation of the courses was stunning, serving course after course until our stomachs were full! The food itself was delicious, especially the Tomahawk steak, crab dip, lobster tails, brussel sprouts, lemon cookie cheesecake, and smoked old-fashioned. When they were over, not only did they leave our kitchen clean and spotless, but they also packed up the remaining leftover food for us (was very appreciative of the generous portions) and we had dinner for the rest of the week! Cons: While we had requested an earlier start time of around 4-5pm, Chef Blaze was running late due to traffic and ultimately didn't arrive until 6:30pm and the first course wasn't presented until after 8:15pm. There was also an issue with one of the main dishes when a driver delivered a small ribeye steak and not the 32oz Tomahawk steak that was planned. However, Chef Blaze made sure to call around and left to pick up the steak in person to ensure it was correct! Last, our roasted broccolini was excluded from the menu and our little one missed out on her complimentary mango puree as planned. Overall, I would recommend Chef Blaze for his innovation, dedication to his craft, and culinary, and he takes the time to make sure you have a great experience and food adventure for your palette! Although not everything went 100%, I appreciate that he took the time to correct a few things and made a dinner experience one that we'll never forget. Thanks so much again Chef Blaze!

What an experience and right in our own home! Chef Blaze and his team were excellent! I was trying to find something for my daughter’s 17th birthday and when we found Chef Blaxe we knew we were on to something. Chef recommended that we show the teens how to make homemade pizza. He came with EVERYTHING! Set up, materials and homemade dough! The girls had a great time making pizza and then eating the fruits of their labor. Best part - they cleaned up and it was like they weren't even there! We will definitely be calling Chef Blaze again for our other events, you should too!

Chef Blaze is a cut above the rest. He’s very organized, client centric, and above all a thoughtful, kind, and genuine individual. Working with Chef never felt like a business arrangement but more like two friends planning an event together. His food is suburb. From the steak and fish to the amazing dessert, this experience will be one we never forget. It really did feel like an evening amongst friends. I recommend chef blaze wholeheartedly without any hesitation for any event. It’s really like cooking with family when chef blaze takes over the kitchen. He was responsive to each and every question and was punctual and communication throughout. Thank you Chef.

Rob was a great partner during wedding planning. He was flexible and available to all of our needs. He and his team were very responsive and worked to give us exactly what we needed. He was open to talk and see the best ways to support. The food was amazing and guest were very satisfied. Even in the end, the venue said his team did a great job in clean up. Will definitely be working with his team in the future.
