- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the client with a checklist. Once completed, we provide a quote based on your needs. If the client provides as much details as possible, we will surely give a price within your budget with no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend that the client provide as much detail pertaining to the event as possible. Such as event duration, how many guests are expected, services expected, utensils/supplies needed, location, parking availability, budget etc. That way we can provide you with exceptional services that meets your needs and ours as well with no surprises. Although we do provide same-day and last minute services, we strongly recommend that the client contact us in advance to be sure that everything is run smoothly and professionally. Because our services are in high demand, there is no guarantee we will be available the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Tips, Tam and ServSafe Certified. Also highly skilled and qualified to service large groups. Our staff of bartenders and servers and caterers received most of their experiences in Casino settings.
