- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that there is an initial service fee just to come out and put eyes on the issue. However, once hired to perform the work, the service fee is then waived and customers only cover the cost of labor and materials. Pricing varies depending on the type of work needing to be resolved, location, duration and if modifications or additional work is required alongside of initial issue to service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the goal is to build rapport. Aiming to get to know the customer and understanding how long they have resided on the place to be service is key. Additionally, gaining insight of how long the issue has been plaguing the customer is a part of the process. Warranty is always provided to new customers along with exceptional customer service and quality work!
