Ernest is a younger guy newly out on his own, with experience at a larger plumbing company. He responded promptly to my inquiry and narrowed down the problem to one of two causes from my description. He arrived right on time and quickly confirmed that my toilet’s wax seal needed replacement. Within 20 minutes after that, the repair was complete and the new seal was tested. Ernest’s charge for the repair was extremely reasonable for our area and I’ll definitely be using him again if I have another plumbing problem in the future.
