We hired this group at the last minute for our son's birthday party when the rental van fell through. They were willing to work with us on the price which was much appreciated. The driver and condition of the car were excellent. The only challenge was the actual booking -- we were contacted through the app, phone and text (oftentimes by different people and simultaneously), which was very confusing and inconvenient. There was also pressure placed to sign the contract, pay the deposit, etc. with multiple texts and calls (we work full time, so signing a contract within 20min of an email in the middle of a work day is NOT realistic for us). There were hidden fees (gas, service, etc.) that were not initially disclosed (despite my asking specifically if there were fees for gas or other things) in the contract that had to be negotiated down. There was even a last-minute request for payment in cash which seemed odd (the whole process had me wondering many times if we were being scammed). All in all, a fair experience despite the hassle of booking / haphazard contact, as the driver was on-time, and my son had a wonderful birthday.

My friends and I hired this service to take us to brunch in DC from Baltimore, and return. We ordered the bus for 5 hours, 11am-4pm. Our brunch reservation was at 12. The driver was polite and friendly. The van was cute. Some of the glasses were dirty. His driving was wild. Lots of swerving and hard braking. It definitely wasn’t a smooth ride! He was late picking us up at the original location. He was also late picking us up from brunch. I kept calling his phone to tell him that we were ready but it kept going straight to voicemail. I didn’t like the 20% tip being taken before we even drove because with all of the issues, what if we didn’t want to tip that much? He ran into traffic and still charged me a fee for going above our time, even though we were ready from brunch on time. Overall, we weren’t disappointed by the experience but we weren’t overly thrilled. I would use them again with a different driver. Sesom had us questioning if we were going to live through the ride.

We rented the H2 Hummer for a kids birthday and it was a show stopper! I thought limo vans were the way to go now, but the kids immediately thought it looked like an Amazon truck. The interior pics they sent did not match what we got, but it was far better so it was a great surprise. The driver was on time, drove well, and was super helpful and kind in ways beyond just driving. And Eric was great to communicate with. He was fast to respond not just on making the sale, but even taking any questions I had after paying my deposit, and up until the day of my event.
