The kitchen in my newly purchased home were far from what i wanted and needed some immediate renovation. Jason, with Custom Color, rescued those unattractive cabinets and made them look modern, fresh and new. Painting cabinets black is NOT an easy task, but Jason took the time and effort to make the cabinets look great. Now I'm proud of my kitchen and pleased with the excellent job Jason did. He is a real professional painter and has the experience to do a job the right way. He also painted my deck and railings and my new garage doors. My husband and I are very happy with everything Jason worked on.

Jason did a great job of not only repairing and ugly hole in my wall, but he also did an excellent job in matching the color of the paint. The fix is not noticeable at all. He’s a trustworthy guy and kept his word per our original agreement. I will definitely call on him for all of my painting projects in the future.

Mr. Hooper was quick to respond and quick to schedule the job on such short notice. He was professional. He work is great. I had already painted the room and made a couple of mistakes, but could not find them when he finished the job! Had I spoken with him before I purchased paint he could have saved me money on an unneeded primer. He finished the room in 2.5 hours! Great attitide. Good work ethic. Friendly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically price based on square footage as the market commands. Cheapest is not always best. We price based on degree of difficulty involved and price of materials used.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Addressing the wants and absolute must haves. We assist in color selection if necessary, determine the product to be used and get a time frame for completion. Anything the homeowner wants to have done up front in order to reduce "extras" at the end of the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I literally grew up in the business. My uncle was a small business owner and I worked for him cleaning brushes at age 15. From then on, even through college, every summer I was painting houses. Before I knew it life happened and here I am today, a small business owner myself. I love working with homeowners to complete their projects.
