It’s unfortunate that Alyssa had a bad experience but let me add my side as well. Alyssa reached out to me through Thumbtack where my preference of job lead is set as panel upgrade only. I called her and we scheduled for Sunday in the morning, and let me add the job was only to install a switch cover and troubleshoot 2 lights that were not working properly. On Saturday Alyssa texts me at 3:41pm and says “ Are you able to move it to 12 noon. That would work a lot better for me.” To which I responded I cannot do 12. I' am doing something but I can do the evening, and it’s going to be after 3pm. Now come Sunday we were working in Orange CT. I texted her at 5:21pm that I am just leaving Orange CT and asked her if she would like to reschedule for Monday noon bc it’s going to be late today. She replied by saying she works during the week so she will wait, I said sounds good. Keep in mind Alyssa is located in Torrington CT. I could not bring my co-worker with me so I had to drop him off and Alyssa called me at 6:52pm and said are you coming to which I said yes Iam just dropping my co worker and heading over and she asked me what is your ETA and Iam just on the phone and I said roughly 8:30pm. That is the last I heard of her bc she hung up on me. Technically I have not met Alyssa nor have I done any work for Alyssa. Alyssa is basing this experience only through our text and phone conversation. Alyssa no hard feelings I wish you luck in your future service needs. Thank you
