- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hors d'oeuvre start at $65per person and plated meals start at $85per person plus cost of groceries. We require 50% deposit at time of booking and remainder 7 days prior of event
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with you to create a personalized menu for your event! After the menu is finalized, we send a quote to view. If all looks good, a deposit is required to book the date. On the day of the event, we confirm our arrival time and typically arrive 2-3hrs early to setup and prep. Once we arrive, we start setting up, and begin preparing the menu. From arrival to clean up, we are happy to accommodate your event in anyway needed. We pride our service on great communication with our clients thought the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have culinary arts and culinary management degrees, as well as restaurant experience and many years of cooking underneath our aprons.
