Mobility and Movement Therapy LLC

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 10+ years of Massage Therapy experience and many years of experience working within the hospital and medical setting. My areas of expertise include manual therapy, exercise programming and strength training. My flexible, yet comprehensive approach to improving physical, mental and emotional well-being has helped hundreds of clients at this point in my career and I am looking to work with highly motivated individuals on their path to improving themselves. I provide services in my office in Norwalk, via house call and with remote sessions and plans.
