- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a nominal trip fee depending on the distance of service call in addition to our labor rate that is pro-rated in 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a few questions first to help qualify the work order, then we send invoice for service call that can be paid on our online payment portal with credit card, apple pay or EFT check. Then work order is dispatched to technician w/our dedicated service vehicles in the field.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Established in 1999 we have over 20 years of industry experience including the servicing of over 1,000 hot tub customers in the field, ongoing industry education w/ webinars, manuals, and training videos. Hands on service tech training courses completed at our manufacturer's factory in addition to national & regional industry trade event & conferences.
