Carlos was amazing! We had some issues be for the project started and Carlos came in and solved them. The flooring came out great and he even trimmed the bathroom door so it would close after the floor install! Amazing, amazing job.

I’ve lived in New York for many years and know how hard it is to find qualified professionals who work clean, fast and actually great at what they do: Carlos is one of them. After being refinished by Carlos and his team my floors look so much newer, cleaner, elegant and just so beautiful, it puts a smile on my face every day. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality and value 10/10. I have original hardwood floors throughout the apartment that were in desperate need of refreshment. Carlos took his time to come and give me an estimate to see the conditions of the floors in person. He was punctual and polite but most importantly: EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He answered all of my question, concerns and recommended the best option that worked for me. In addition he was very accommodating with finding suitable time between my busy schedule and coop arrangements. Carlos and his assistant arrived to do the job ahead of time to assure they have parking and ready to start as early as the coop rules allowed. He also arranged for me to come and see the floors before putting the final coat just to make sure it’s the right amount of shine that I wanted. They were extremely careful and covered everything, the floors and my whole apartment was left in a perfect condition. I will hire them again and will recommend them to all of my friends and relatives. Thank you again, Carlos!!!

Carlos and his assistant removed our carpet, reinstalled quarter-round molding, sanded our floors, and put a couple of coats of water-based poly. Great result and they were pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Carlos Flooring.

Carlos and his teammate did an outstanding job refinishing the floors in our 2BED NYC co-op. As you can see from the photos, the floors have given our home a beautiful new lease on life. We opted for a water-based polyurethane finish to maintain the natural look of the hardwood, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Carlos was punctual, communicative, and completed the work efficiently and on time. We were working with a tight budget, having just closed on the apartment, and his prices were very reasonable. While this work didn’t require co-op board approval, the sanding was quite noisy, so I recommend checking if you need approval and giving your neighbors a heads-up about any disturbance. I highly recommend Carlos and his team for quality work at an affordable rate. Thank you both :)
