- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At M&E, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. We customize our quotes based on your project’s specific needs and budget, ensuring the best value without compromising quality. While we factor in materials and labor, we always aim to align closely with your desired price range. For certain projects, a deposit may be required to cover the cost of materials needed to complete the job. For larger projects, or when working with repeat clients or those referred by others, we’re happy to offer discounts or commissions as a token of appreciation for your trust and partnership!

Our process starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your vision, budget, and timeline. From there, we provide a detailed plan tailored to your goals, ensuring you’re informed every step of the way. Communication is key, and we make sure to maintain a transparent dialogue from the initial consultation to project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied marketing in college, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding customer needs, effective communication, and strategic planning. While in school, I started building furniture and managing moving projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management and craftsmanship. Over time, I’ve built a team of skilled professionals who share my dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
