My #1 priority is a positive customer experience. This doesn't just mean "Doing the job". That's a given! It's about the full experience. Aside from completing the task at hand, here are some other aspects of the experience that I make sure to focus on:
TIMING
Your time is precious. I make sure to get the task completed swiftly, efficiently, and precisely. Your task is my priority. Whether the job is 5 minutes or 5 hours, you can be certain that I will be utilizing every minute of my dedicated time to be focused on completing your task. That means no breaks, and no dilly dallying!
Another important aspect of timing is your schedule. Once we have a schedule set, rest assured I will be there! it is extremely rare that I need to reschedule an appointment. I also try to make sure that I have extra time for you, so if the job takes longer than expected, I'll be there to get it done! And if you need me to help out with a few extra unplanned things afterward.... not a problem!
COMMUNICATION
Communication is key. Whether it be scheduling, a question about the task, a recommendation, or anything at all, I always make sure you are kept in the loop. This also goes for before and after a task. You are free to reach out to me anytime at all, whether it be early morning or late late night. I am usually able to answer right away! You are free to reach out about anything and everything, even if it's unrelated to the task. Whatever you need, I'm happy to help in any way I can! Also, there are generally no extra charges on top of the hourly rate, but in the rare occasion where an extra charge may be required, you will always be informed upfront. No surprise fees!

furniture assembly - $70/hr
mounting - $70/hr
help moving - $100/hr
deliveries - $50/hr

*1 hour minimum. after the first hour, it will go by 15 min intervals.
*most of the other categories will be at the $70/hr rate.
*an extra charge may apply if driving particularly long distances, although that's usually waived if it's a large job (and of course will be discussed prior to the job).
