- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of service, size, and condition. Carpet cleaning has a $180 minimum service charge. Our standard cleaning includes professional pre-treatment, stain and odor treatment when applicable, hot water extraction, and speed drying — without adding surprise fees for basic cleaning steps. We provide the total price before scheduling, and discounts may be available when combining multiple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the service you need and may ask for photos, measurements, or details about stains, odors, pets, and the condition of the area. We then provide a clear quote before scheduling. On the day of service, we complete a pre-inspection and explain the cleaning process before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continuously improve our knowledge of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning through hands-on experience, industry best practices, product training, and updated cleaning techniques. We also stay current with professional equipment, stain and odor treatment methods, and safe cleaning products to provide consistent, high-quality results.
