FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every system is unique and designed specifically to each home. Overall pricing depends on the type of ownership or agreement chosen by you as a homeowner (I.e Leasing VS financing etc..). Overall, pricing involves many variables including amount of equipment, your electrical needs, sun hours….
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 is to start with a friendly consultation to better gauge your interests and potential goals when entertaining the idea of going Solar. We assess your electricity needs by reviewing your usage data in order to “draft” preliminary designs to give a projection of what a system could do for the home. Next, we would schedule a formal home inspection to thoroughly review the home to gather measurements and other pertinent data (drone imaging, roof assessment, property survey etc..)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
