- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with an initial consultation where we discuss the client’s vision, needs, and budget. We then provide a detailed proposal and design plan. Once approved, we schedule the project, procure high-quality materials, and begin the construction phase. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication with the client to ensure everything is progressing as planned. After completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure the client is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a formal apprenticeship in masonry and have participated in numerous workshops and training programs focused on advanced stonework techniques. Over the years, I have continuously updated my skills through industry seminars and courses, ensuring that I am up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in masonry.
