Lena was amazing from the time that I reached out to him to the completion of the job. He made sure I understood what was going on and went the extra mile to explain. I also liked that he did not pressure me to do any of the recommended work just made it known to me. If I ever have to do any work on the A/C again (hopefully I don’t) he will be the first person I contact.
