Sarah and her assistant Michael helped me set up my new Mac for work and get comfortable with the functionality. I used to own a PC and the experience is totally different. I was surprised at how easy it was to work on the problem remotely with them, but they are patient and genuinely supportive and it became natural after three sessions or so. They also followed up with small recordings of lessons from the session which I've gone back to a time or two.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hourly, and packages are available for anyone who wants at least four hours (i.e., sessions). Packages do not have a ticking time bomb or "expiration date" unless you have not used them within one year. We can also take an "a la carte" approach to working together. I'll send you a page to pay and schedule time together. My availability there is up-to-date and easy to work with across time zones.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can discuss the details of your needs, and if it's a good fit, we can schedule a time to begin working together. Or, if you just want to schedule something, let me know, and I'll send you the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten years of experience working in tech startups and on independent projects. I began as a Software Engineer specializing in full-stack web and mobile application development. From the very beginning of my career, I have contributed to many other aspects of those companies (content creation, product development, marketing, business development, etc.). I also have a BA in Philosophy and have learned many lessons from my life, work, and creative endeavors.
