What a great experience working with Stephan Smalley he was a very responsive literally came. The next day came even earlier than expected. Stephen responded to my request quickly, set up a convenient time for both of us. We discussed pricing before he bought the very extremely expensive fluid for my hvac system. He educated me on the more efficient way to help my old system cool better. Told me to call him if there were any problems. I am keeping his name and phone number handy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just to try to be clear, Thumbtack is very precise with their wording. We don't charge $225 just to come out and diagnose your problem for you.. $225 is The labor rate, we don't charge a specific fee for the diagnosis. So a lot of minor problems are diagnosed and repaired for that fee. you'll at least know what's going on and we usually will discuss whatever options you have, if you have them before going further than that $225 though
