Highly recommend. Very fast response to my request for a service call on my dishwasher. Sandy even came on a Saturday since I could not be home during the week. He showed me the part I would need to repair my dishwasher and discussed the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing it. I decided to replace my dishwasher and buy a new one. Sandy then walked me through the cost of buying one through him vs. straight from Home Depot or Lowes. Ultimately I saved about $100. Personable, professional, and honest.
