FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have rates for individual training sessions and groups of two-four people. The more people in the group, the less the cost of training per person. It's an ideal situation for everyone and it's really a blast!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process. Every person is unique. Everyone has different needs, goals and abilities. What works for one person might not work for another. My job is to ease each client into the process that is right for them; one that will get them the results they want with a mix of fun and a bit of a challenge. I do meet with all perspective clients and do a free evaluation to see where their strengths and weaknesses might be and then discuss a 'plan of attack'. This helps both myself and the potential client to get a feel for one another. This is more than a casual business arrangement; it becomes a relationship. If I am going to ask you to step out of your comfort zone, even if only a tiny bit, you need to trust me. It's a big step for some and I do understand that
