- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair for the quality of work completed. I do offer discounts when certain services are packaged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a discussion with them about their desires for the project they are trying to accomplish. We then work together to come up with a path to get those goals completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in mechanical engineering and have been serving clients in the Audio Video industry for the past 8 years. My engineering education has taught me to have a high attention to detail and this shows itself in the neat and accurate work I do.
