As I worked to renovate my property, I had many workmen who had no integrity, did a bad job, and truthfully, left the job worse than they found it. Luis and Leonardo are an exception to this. They did a great job putting in my floors, and really worked to make sure I was happy with their work product. I would use them again.

We got estimates from 4 flooring contractors prior to deciding on Sampaio Floors. They provided reasonable price and great work. Work was done as agreed and faster than estimated finish date (by half) which was a plus. His crews are amazing workers, I couldnt believe how much quality work they accomplished in a day. They took time to cover kitchen and not mess up baseboards or trim. Everything was clean once their job has finished. The hardwood floor now looks like brand new and stain color/ finish was perfect. They were very responsive by texts to agree on the details for the work and showed up on time. Highly recommended.
