I was having a problem with my oil furnace on a cold night and made an emergency request to Wtech22. Within minutes I received a phone call back from a PRO asking me how they could help. Then Wilson arrived within the hour to my house, was very professional and was able to fix the problem very fast. The Pro was able to take apart my furnace to find the problem, had all spare parts needed at hand, and I had him clean and do maintains to the furnace at the same time since he was already here. Thank you WTECH22 and Wilson for taking all the stress from me and getting our heat working fast on this cold night at a great price. Keep up the good work and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

Wilson from Wtech22 Cooling and Heating has helped me to resolve my problem with Friedrich Dehumidifier. I bought a lemon but the customer service of Friedrich refused to do anything without a diagnosis report. No company accepted this small job except Wtech22. I am so grateful to Wilson, he is responsive, helpful, patience and understanding. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of work, price of parts, and the value of the product the customer wants. For example, an installation of a furnace would have a low tier price and a high tier price which can be compare to if you want a corolla or a Camry. Most contractors provide a price but won't give the customer the option to select the equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with customers is about getting their trust and providing a great customer experience. We would like to understand the issue the customer is experiencing and then discussing different solutions that can provide value to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for over 15 years performing HVAC work and running operations for big mechanical contractors.
