Changing Paths Hypnotherapy

I am dedicated in assisting each of my clients gain awareness of the tools and abilities we all possess to unburden themselves from whatever ailment, issue or situation they are facing and achieve peace within themselves. I have assisted clients with stress, anxiety, pain managment, habit breaking, grief and loss, fears, performance, motivation, confidence.... No issue is too small or too big! It has become my passion and purpose to help individuals shed the beliefs which framed and shaped not only how we think of ourselves but even how we behave, love, fight, eat... Everything. I believe when someone can see the world, their future, their past without the filters placed by these untrue beliefs, then true peace and freedom is experienced. It is truly an AHA moment and feeling that I wish I could bottle and sell. I have personally experienced this AHA moment, and it was amazing, but it pales in comparison to when my clients experience it.
