They can learn to value the customer’s time . Do not leave job site until everything is completed. If damage is done to the product being installed, be sure to make the customer aware. If agreement has been reached for certain work to be done do it as you have promised and don’t leave the customer with an unfinished job.

Hello Anna, hope all is well. We didn’t leave the job. We’re waiting for the countertop to be delivered and installed and we will return to do your backsplash and finish installing your handles which your husband said don’t worry it’s not that important and second of all he said that he doesn’t like the handles For the two pieces of laminate flooring that has to be installed. I have to do a custom cut and I explained that also to your husband so we did not leave your kitchen unfinished. Your cabinets are up. Stove is installed. Dishwasher is installed. Microwave is installed and fridge. I am waiting For your countertops to be installed and we will be there the next day. Thank you for your review and thank you for the writing. We will be uploading photos prior to job being done.
