- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For tax preparation, the listed pricing includes a consultation meeting, plus preparation and filing for one federal and one state return. Additional schedules will incur extra fees to accommodate the necessary time for preparation. Full price will be stated up front in the engagement letter, based on client information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss tax history and any relevant changes since the last tax filing. We will (with permission and authorization) review the tax transcripts where possible and ask any additional questions as needed. Then we will provide a proposal that includes all of the forms and schedules we see are required based on the information we're provided along with the fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both partners earned their MBA degrees from Tulane University. In addition earning the designation of Enrolled Agent by the Internal Revenue Service, Jason has over twenty years' experience in financial analysis of international distressed debt, and holds the CFA charter as well as the FRM certification from GARP. Jeri Ann has been serving the business community with bookkeeping and financial reporting since 2017, and is a member of the AIPB and ICBUSA.
