Errol did such a great job remodeling my basement. The transformation was unbelievable. Tbh I couldn’t ask for a better outcome and contractor. I truly would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond to make me happy and have my basement look good! Very nice and personable! You definitely would want to give him a shot to do any work for you! Errol did an awesome job renovating our entire basement, including adding a new half bathroom. He was super accommodating of all our requests and really went the extra mile throughout the project. We hired Errol from Mavace Contracting LLC in Stratford, CT, to finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He transformed an empty, unfinished space into a beautiful and functional area, adding walls, flooring, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, an office, a laundry room, and plenty of storage. The difference is night and day! From the start, Errol really listened to our ideas and worked with us to make sure everything turned out just right. He suggested great ideas for the layout, ensuring the space was not only functional but also visually appealing. Like any big project, we encountered a few bumps along the way, but Errol handled everything smoothly. He was flexible and made adjustments in real-time to ensure we were satisfied, even if it meant the project took a little longer. Communication was never an issue—Errol was always quick to respond and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond by helping with some smaller projects we hadn’t originally planned on, which was a huge bonus. The quality of his work is top-notch, especially the structural aspects. While some of the painting could have used a bit more attention to detail, it’s a minor thing compared to the overall quality. Plus, Errol and his son were extremely professional, always maintaining a clean work environment and being respectful of our home. We were so impressed with his work that we’ve already hired him for a few other projects, and we’re planning to have him replace our deck next year. My husband and I hired Errol in March of this year to expand and remodel what had been our office into our nursery. We were so pleased with his work that over the next three months we not only expanded aspects of the project, but also hired him to remodel our bathroom. Errol worked on both projects simultaneously, was communicative, willing to pivot when we added storage systems and closets, changed flooring plans, and was generally awesome to have in our home over the last three months! His work is beautiful, custom, and creative and we trust him with any and all home projects moving forward. It also helps that he’s just an incredibly nice guy all around! All in all we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and the entire process of working with him. We won’t hesitate to hire him and refer him to friends and family in the future.
