- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fee for showing up waived if hired for the job and discounts on service calls after a certain number of repairs for the same existing customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting the customer the up front price of the job at hand and not focusing on hourly rates. Works in favor of the customer as if a job takes 2 hours or 4 hours it will be the same price.
