Edgar responded quickly to my request today. I had bought a new kitchen faucet from Home Depot a couple of days ago but when Edgar opened the box, we noticed that it was the wrong item and stuff was missing. He did not hesitate to offer to go to Home Depot with me to get the correct faucet. He was very helpful and patient. Edgar went above and beyond for this job.
