About me...
I first got into fitness at the age of 16. I was a skinny kid looking to better myself and gain some confidence. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and something I've had to juggle. Before going into the fitness industry full time I often worked multiple jobs doing 60+ hour weeks of labour-intensive jobs.
Through this I've learned how to make fitness become a positive stress to my life & not a negative. Through my past experience, nutritional certification, & training certifications I hope to help you achieve the success I've made with out the headaches.
Let me tell you a bit about my process. It starts by learning about who you are. What your goals are, your doubts, and how you got to where you are now.
Your story is important to me, and I want to know it to help you.
Then we dive deep to understand your unconscious behaviors driving unhealthy habits. With a clear understanding, we can begin the work to make the change you need to be successful.
Lastly we create a plan to facilitate your goals. We will make small changes to get you to feel stronger, leaner, and most importantly healthier.
I've been there and made ALL the mistakes. On top of juggling work and other commitments, it can be overwhelming. It can make you feel like just quitting.
I don't want you to struggle with yo-yo diets, harmful cleanses, or restricted eating.
On top of life's stresses the last thing I want is to have to make people miserable with an unstainable diet.
There's no quick fixes, but there will be results.
I want you to help you build strength, lose weight, and still have a slice of pizza with friends.
