I needed repairs on my engineered hardwood floor, to fix the horrendous installation done by someone else. I had numerous interactions with Eder on Thumbtack before deciding to go with him. He was very responsive. They quickly came over , explained there is a good chance to address the issue. They did a great job fixing the floors and cleaning up after. There were no hidden costs and the overall experience was very positive . I will definitely call them for any future flooring projects.

Floors are beautiful. These floors have been restored, and the pet urine smell is finally gone. Previous owners take care of the floor to well so this a well needed update. Only problem i had was how these big gaps in the floor look a bit mediocre with putty. It almost looks like it was added on after the stain and polyurethane. It's really great work! I was hoping the big gaps would be filled better. I still gave a 5* because they did a quick quality job for a cheap price and considered that the floor may be a bit more damaged than what could've been repaired. Always consider three things: quality, time, and price. They gave me a cheap price, fast time, and great quality work despite one area.

Eder sousa of positive wood floors was able to Work within my budget. He sanded and coated my old wood floors to looking brand spanking new again. His work ethic was professional and he left my house very clean. I would diffinitly use Positive Wood Floors again. A++++

Very are very happy with the quick response and flexibility of Positive wood floors. We had water damage in both our wood and carpeted floors and we needed a quick restoration. They were the first to respond and helped us with planning through our options. Literally a 72hr turn around….All in all the project included a playroom, bedroom and bathroom.
