Additionally, all our installations include high-quality hardware to ensure durability and long-term performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation, either over the phone or in person, to understand the customer’s needs. Next, we provide recommendations based on their budget and preferences. Once the customer decides on a solution, we schedule the installation or repair. After the job is completed, we walk the customer through the functionality, offer maintenance tips, and ensure they’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on training in garage door installations, spring replacements, opener repairs, and overall garage door mechanics. Additionally, I stay updated with the latest industry advancements, including smart garage door openers and energy-efficient solutions, to provide the best service to my customers.
