Chillie Willie installed my Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system in 2018. I’d contacted several contractors before selecting Chillie Willie for the project. Of all the vendors with whom I spoke, William was the most knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my requirements and designed and installed a system that exactly met my specifications. His pricing was detailed, transparent and competitive. He was diligent during the installation and the entire system was up and running in a few days. The project was completed on time and at the agreed price. Before, during and after the job, his communication was excellent. His workmanship was impeccable and he left the house as clean as he found it. When I encountered a small problem with the system a year after installation, William came out promptly, diagnosed and corrected the issue. The system has been operating perfectly ever since. I am happy to give Chillie Willie my highest recommendation.
