FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ll give you a clear estimate before starting the job, based on the information you share about your appliance and the issue. My goal is to get the work done properly - if I can’t complete the job, you won’t owe me anything. There’s a $70 service call fee, but I only charge it if I visit and you decide not to go ahead with the repair. If I’m able to fix or install the appliance, that fee is included in the total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start by discussing your appliance and the problem you’re experiencing via text (best way to communicate with me). If I have all the necessary details, I can usually provide an estimate. From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time for me to come out and get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years of hands-on experience working with electronics, home appliances, and commercial printing equipment manufacturing. I’m passionate about diagnosing issues, finding the root cause, and fixing things the right way.
